I have been working with Mary for several years now as my escrow officer! She is very thorough, conscientious and very assertive when it comes to getting things ready to close the sale. If possible, I won't use anyone else to handle my sales!

I have been a real estate broker for nearly 25 years, and I can honestly say that Mary and her entire team at Tiempo Escrow are among the very best in the business. We recently closed one of the most challenging transactions I've experienced, and th... ey handled every step with incredible professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. From reviewing a Living Trust, coordinating title, HOA documents, disclosures, CAR paperwork, and death certificates, to managing countless moving pieces behind the scenes, their organization and expertise were outstanding. What makes this transaction even more remarkable is that we closed in just **10 days**—something I honestly cannot remember accomplishing in my entire real estate career especially with an HOA involved. Just when we thought everything was on track, we were thrown a major curveball at the eleventh hour. When the issue surfaced, I told Mary that if anyone could find a solution, it would be her and her team. That confidence proved to be well placed. Mary, Alyssa, and Danielle worked tirelessly alongside the title company to navigate the obstacle and get us across the finish line on time. Their persistence, problem-solving abilities, and calm approach under pressure were truly impressive. Most importantly, their hard work made a real difference for our clients. The seller, acting as Trustee after the passing of his sister, was carrying significant financial responsibilities and was incredibly relieved to avoid the possibility of foreclosure. The buyers were purchasing their first investment property together, and Mary and her team helped make what could have been an overwhelming process feel seamless. If you're looking for an escrow company that communicates exceptionally well, solves problems, genuinely cares about its clients, and consistently goes above and beyond, I cannot recommend Mary and the team at Tiempo Escrow highly enough. They are trusted professionals, wonderful people to work with, and an invaluable part of every successful transaction. Thank you again, Mary, Alyssa, and Danielle. I look forward to working with all of you for many years to come! Read more

Aimee and her team are amazing. I have used them for many, many years! I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed as all my clients have also enjoyed working with them! Thank you for the great work over the years!

Needed my transaction processed fast otherwise I would've been charged a per diem. Luckily Tiempo expedited the process and I closed on time. Have used them ever since for refinances and the sale of my first home.
